**“Getting to Know Children” Talk Session**
I want to spend each day a little more peacefully…
If you are involved in childcare, early childhood education, or any environment where you interact with children daily, this is probably something you have felt at least once.
Why is my child like this…
Why doesn’t it go well…
Getting irritated, ending up scolding them, and then feeling regret afterward…
This talk session is held with the hope that by learning more about children, those who are working hard in parenting or childcare may feel a little more at ease and have a lighter 마음/heart.
Development has stages. Just as a baby who cannot even crawl does not suddenly start walking, development happens step by step, little by little. If these stages are skipped or overlooked, symptoms such as lack of motivation or difficulty sustaining concentration may appear later in life, which can be difficult to address at that point.
The term “non-cognitive skills” has become more commonly used, but for the future happiness of each child, what can we do for the children in front of us right now? By attending this talk session, you will likely gain a sense of direction for that.
“My parenting became more consistent.”
“Child-rearing, which was once difficult, became easier.”
“I gained confidence in my parenting.”
“I stopped getting so angry so easily.”
“I no longer feel irritated.”
These kinds of outcomes are said to happen for that reason. For children, having caring adults who are also at ease is the shortest path to happiness.
